Announcing our first Artist in Residence for 2021, Dancer and choreographer, Bosa Mina.
Bosa Mina (b. Serbia) arrived in Athens this September to continue working on a choreographic research project that has been galvanized by noise music, lament chanting and inanimate still life. She used the time in isolation to let fantasy and cliché enter into being. During her residency period at space52, she will be developing her piece, Galoba, that will be shown online and live in Amsterdam in June 2021.
Bosa Mina has been training in Dance and Fine Arts in Iceland, Belgium, and Israel, and is currently graduating from SNDO – School for New Dance Development in The Netherlands.
The residency is supported by Amsterdam University of the Arts – Academy of Theatre and Dance.
